I've had my computer for about a week now and have had a chance to use it extensively. Must say I couldn't be happier ☺️
Shipping was fast and everything showed up in great condition...no issues. Setup was easy ans straightforward. Just had to put the GPU in as it was shipped separately in its box to avoid any damage. Everything was to spec and what I had ordered.
Customer service are helpful and responsive.
As for this build in particular...the Technoid Limited Edition Gaming PC...what a beast...it is running anything I throw at it with ease. I do a lot of VR gaming and Sim racing and I have been very impressed with the ability to run these games at high and ultra settings while maintaining a smooth framerate. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to the Technoid team for the quality build and great service. I'd definitely consider purchasing from Technoid again in the future and can highly recommend if you are looking for a quality build but are not comfortable doing it yourself or like me...are to lazy to do so and don't want the hassle. Plug and play right out of the box...was worth every penny! Thanks guys!

I had just recently ordered the pc only to have it not work, I than figured out the cpu was messed up, I wrote an email and had a phone call the next day with a solution made within 10 minutes, and a new cpu coming to my door.

The PC itself looks stunning and runs fantastic. Customer service was also wonderful. They answered any questions within a few minutes of me asking, and when there was a small bug with activating windows, they got on the phone to fix it for me immediately. Would definitely buy from Technoid again!

The only issue I'm having is some poor fps and game resolution but it's getting better as I play around with different settings.

Bought a Nova PC from Technoid. Asif was very helpful. He was willing to install a second 4TB SSD for me, make sure the DDR5 RAM was 6000MHZ and put in a 1000W Power supply instead of the listed 850W.

When I got the PC the Ethernet wouldn't get detected on a Cold System Boot (it wasn't in Device Manager). I contacted Asif and he got a Tech Support Member to help me. Simple BIOS update and it works without any problems.

100% recommend these guys! Had no issues and everything went smoothly.

Received my PC a couple of weeks ago. Nothing bad to say so far, everything seems to be working perfectly (initially had some driver issues but that's not on Technoid).
