Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of the package, the destination it is being shipped to, and the carrier service in charge of the delivery. Payment for shipping will be collected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for import fees on international shipments with the corresponding shipping service.

Tracking Notifications
Delivery will be made locally or through Ups, Purolator, Canpar and FedEx, If we ship through Ups, Purolator, Canpar and FedEx we will be sending you tracking number. For all local deliveries we will send you an email along with a time and date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.technoidinc.com operated by TECHNOID INC. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
