I had just recently ordered the pc only to have it not work, I than figured out the cpu was messed up, I wrote an email and had a phone call the next day with a solution made within 10 minutes, and a new cpu coming to my door.

The only issue I'm having is some poor fps and game resolution but it's getting better as I play around with different settings.

Bought a Nova PC from Technoid. Asif was very helpful. He was willing to install a second 4TB SSD for me, make sure the DDR5 RAM was 6000MHZ and put in a 1000W Power supply instead of the listed 850W.

When I got the PC the Ethernet wouldn't get detected on a Cold System Boot (it wasn't in Device Manager). I contacted Asif and he got a Tech Support Member to help me. Simple BIOS update and it works without any problems.

100% recommend these guys! Had no issues and everything went smoothly.

Received my PC a couple of weeks ago. Nothing bad to say so far, everything seems to be working perfectly (initially had some driver issues but that's not on Technoid).

I think the build is nice. The fan seems to make a bit of noise but is okay. Customer service is very good. Always fast to respond. And issues were fixed super quick.
