After a bit of confusion, I am a very satisfied customer. Apparently some SKU#’s got mixed up in the system and I got shipped an inferior version of then computer I actually ordered. I was unkind if I’m being fair in response to receiving this. However in professionalism and satisfactory customer service, they made this right immediately. I got upgraded to a 5070ti and I got a 850watt psu to power the card. I had to install the new psu and gpu which iany for everyone. I am however thankful for the upgrades and the expediency in which they corrected the mistake. Their customer service is top notch and my system is performing above expectations now. I am feeling grateful and appreciated now and it’s due to their stellar customer support.

Ordered this PC, called while it was in build queue to have a liquid cooler installed.They were very accommodating and sent me a bill for the upgrade. A few days later the PC was built and on its way. It showed up double boxed, well protected and everything was as it should be. Plugged it in and fired it up. This thing is a beast. The only minor thing I noticed was the LED connector to the motherboard had a wicked bend in it.... potentially from the packaging it came out of before installation. The 3yr warranty offers piece of mind. No bloatware. Fantastic PC. I would highly recommend
